We're here to provide you with all the information and resources you need for a healthy and happy pregnancy. Offering a wide range of support and advocacy during your birth and delivery.
This consultation is for us to get to know you and the services you are wanting to receive. Completing this consultation will ensure that you are receiving the best possible care.
During the Doula Intake Meeting, we will review the Service & Financial Agreement Form and discuss the Liability & Media Release Form. The process will spell out both my expectations and yours to ensure quality care.
These visits will consist of several different things to prepare you for the BIG DAY! Together we will discuss your preferences and complete a Birth Plan, prioritize and address your concerns, learn comfort measures and breathing techniques, prepare for baby, and create a postpartum plan.
On Labor & Delivery Day I will provide continuous advocacy, physical and emotional support, and recommend comfort measures and breathing techniques to you via the methods we discussed at our prenatal visits, as long as you are permitted by
your midwife or OBGYN to participate in them.
*After Delivery Placenta Keepsakes Can Be Purchased Separately.
The Postpartum Visit will occur within the first two weeks of birth. During this final visit I am available to listen and provide emotional support, answer any questions and/or concerns you have, assist with light housework, care for your newborn while you take personal time for yourself (you must remain in the home), connect you to local resources if needed, and assist with breastfeeding concerns (if applicable).
*Ongoing Postpartum Care & Lactation Support Can Be Purchased Separately
